Abstract
Penelitian Pengembangan E-Modul Interaktif untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Kader Posyandu Remaja di Kelurahan Srengseng bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil empiris pengembangan E-Modul interaktif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan public speaking kader posyandu remaja, melengkapi perangkat pembelajaran, dan menjadi variasi media belajar yang ada. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan model Mulimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Di mana dalam pengembanganya dilakukan dalam 6 tahap yaitu: Concept, Design, Collecting Material, Assembly, Testing, dan Evaluation. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan pengujian alpha dan beta. Pengujian alpha dilakukan melalui penilaian dari 1 orang ahli materi, 1 orang ahli media, dan pengguna. Sedangkan uji beta digunakan adalah tes pre-test dan post-test, lembar penilaian sikap, dan keterampilan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada predikat Sangat Baik dengan presentase kualitas media 95% dengan rata-rata skor berdasarkan penilaian ahli media sebeser 4,73. Sedangkan, menurut ahli materi media yang dikembangkan pada predikat baik dengan presentase kualitas media 82,28% dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 4.11. Terjadi peningkatan keterampilan public speaking di mana rata-rata keterampilan berdasarkan kegiatan belajar pada kategori baik (72,17). ***** Research on the Development of Interactive E-Modules to Improve the Skills of Youth Lead Posyandu in Sub-District Srengseng aims to obtain empirical results from the development of interactive E-Modules to improve the public speaking skills of youth leader Posyandu, complement learning tools, and become a variation of existing learning media. The research approach used is research and development with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model. Where the development is carried out in 6 stages, namely: Concept, Design, Collecting Material, Assembly, Testing, and Evaluation. The data analysis technique used is alpha and beta testing. Alpha testing is carried out through the assessment of 1 material expert, 1 media expert, and users. While the beta test used was the pre-test and post-test, attitude assessment sheets, and skills. The results of this study are in the category of Very Good with a media quality percentage of 95% with an average score based on media experts' assessment of 4.73. Meanwhile, according to experts, the media material developed is good with a media quality percentage of 82.28% with an average score of 4.11. There was an increase in public speaking skills where the average skills based on learning activities were in the good category (72.17).
