Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Sebagai Penerapan Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Pada Kurikulum Merdeka dan hambatan dari Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Sebagai Penerapan Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Pada Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama empat bulan dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kurikulum, Ketua Projek, Tim Inti Projek, Fasilitator Projek, dan Peserta Didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta telah terlaksana sebanyak 3 kali kegiatan projek dalam kurun waktu satu tahun dengan mengangkat 3 tema yang berbeda yaitu kearifan lokal, kewirausahaan, dan bhineka tunggal ika. Total waktu projek yang dialokasikan oleh SMP Negeri 172 yaitu 240 jam pelajaran dalam satu tahun, setiap satu tema projek yang dilaksanakan SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta membutuhkan waktu selama 14 hari atau 2 pekan. Hasil Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dilaporkan dalam rapor akhir tahun (semester 2). Penerapan Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi belum sepenuhnya terwujud maksimal, karena jumlah peserta didik yang sangat banyak membuat guru kewalahan jika harus menganalisis satu-satu karakter dari peserta didik dan memakan waktu yang lama. Alokasi waktu pada Kurikulum Merdeka lebih fleksibel daripada kurikulum 2013 yang melakukan pembelajaran rutin per minggu dengan mengutamakan kegiatan di kelas. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles as the Application of Differentiated Learning in the Independent Curriculum and the obstacles to the Implementation of the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles as the Application of Differentiated Learning in the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta. This research was conducted for four months from March to June 2023. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subjects of this study were school principals, vice principals for curriculum, project heads, project core teams, project facilitators, and students. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles at SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta has been carried out 3 times in one year with 3 different themes, namely local wisdom, entrepreneurship, and diversity in diversity. The total project time allocated by SMP Negeri 172 is 240 hours of lessons in one year, each project theme implemented by SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta takes 14 days or 2 weeks. The results of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project are reported in the year-end report card (semester 2). The application of Differentiated Learning has not been maximally realized, because the very large number of students makes the teacher overwhelmed if they have to analyze each student's character one by one and it takes a long time. The time allocation in the Merdeka Curriculum is more flexible than the 2013 curriculum which carries out routine lessons per week by prioritizing classroom activities.
