Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh ketertarikan peneliti tentang bagaimana solidaritas yang dibentuk oleh anggota di salah satu komunitas ojek online yang berada di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai pola ikatan sosial yang dibentuk oleh anggota komunitas KBGB SPBU dan juga bentuk solidaritas yang terbentuk di dalam komunitas. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah tujuh anggota dari komunitas KBGB SPBU yang mempunyai jabatan sebagai pengurus inti, serta ditunjang oleh informan pendukung yang merupakan warga sekitar area basecamp dan keluarga dari salah satu anggota. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan juga studi literatur yang diambil dari jurnal terkait, buku, dan sumber internet dalam proses pengumpulan data. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti membutuhkan waktu dari tanggal 27 Juli 2022 – 6 Oktober 2022, serta bertanya secara berkala melalui media whatsapp. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Kelompok Sosial dari Ferdinand Tonnies Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola ikatan sosial yang terbentuk dihasilkan dari adanya intensitas waktu bertemu dan melakukan berbagai kegiatan bersama anggota internal komunitas seperti kopi darat, santunan anak yatim, hingga melakukan donasi untuk korban banjir. Terdapat nilai-nilai sosial untuk mempertahankan hubungan antar anggota di dalamnya dalam membentuk solidarita komunitas KBGB. Komunitas ojek online ini juga berfokus dalam kegiatan sosial, sehinga dapat terbentuk nilai solidaritas. Nilai-nilai yang dibangun yaitu nilai kekeluargaan, nilai kebersamaan, dan nilai saling tolong menolong. Saling menjaga satu sama lain dan seperasaan menjadi faktor yang membuat komunitas ojek online KBGB SPBU tetap ada sampai sekarang Kata kunci: Komunitas, Ojek Online, Solidaritas, Kelompok Sosial members in one of the online motorcycle taxi communities in East Jakarta. This study aims to describe the pattern of social ties formed by members of the SPBU KBGB community and also the forms of solidarity that are formed within the community. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the case study method. The main subjects in this study were seven members of the KBGB SPBU community who have positions as core administrators and are also active members, and are supported by supporting informants who are residents around the basecamp area and the family of one of the members. In this study, using interviews, observation, and also literature studies taken from related journals, books, and internet sources in the data collection process. In conducting this research, researchers need time from 27 July 2022 – 6 October 2022, and ask questions periodically via whatsapp media. This study uses the concept of Social Group from Ferdinand Tonnies. The findings of this study indicate that the pattern of social bonds formed is generated by the intensity of meeting time by carrying out various activities with internal members of the community such as ground coffee, donations for orphans, and making donations for flood victims. There are social values to maintain relationships between members in forming KBGB community solidarity. This online motorcycle taxi community also focuses on social activities, so solidarity values can be formed. The values that are built are the value of kinship, the value of togetherness, and the value of helping each other. Caring for one another and feeling the same is one of the factors that has made the KBGB SPBU online motorcycle taxi community exist today.
