Abstract
Kentucky Fried Chicken biasa disebut KFC merupakan salah satu merek waralaba cepat saji di Indonesia terutama di Pangkalan Jati. Untuk reservasi tempat, pelanggan KFC Pangkalan Jati dapat datang langsung ke tempat atau menghubungi melalui telepon untuk reservasi, menanyakan jadwal, ataupun melakukan pembayaran reservasi tempat. Meskipun dapat mengetahui jadwal melalui telepon, pelanggan tetap harus datang untuk melakukan pembayaran uang muka atau pelunasan. Untuk mempermudah pelanggan maka dilakukan sebuah Pengembangan sistem reservasi tempat KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN (KFC) di Pangkalan Jati berbasis website dan diajukan sebagai suatu usulan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk membantu proses reservasi tempat dan pengelolaan data reservasi di KFC Pangkalan Jati. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan model pengembangan prototype. Ada lima tahapan dalam prototype yaitu Analisis terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, Quick Design (Desain cepat), pembentukan Prototype, evaluasi dan perbaikan Prototype, dan tahap testing. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Test (UAT). Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi reservasi tempat KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN (KFC) di Pangkalan Jati berbasis website. Setelah dilakukan pengujian menunjukan bahwa keseluruhan fungsi dapat berjalan dengan baik, keseluruhan fungsi disetujui dan memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi dapat dilakukan dengan metode prototype dan dapat berhasil dilakukan sehingga dapat menyelesaikan penelitian ini. ***** Kentucky Fried Chicken, commonly known as KFC, is one of the fast food franchise brands in Indonesia, especially in Pangkalan Jati. For place reservations, KFC Pangkalan Jati customers can come directly to the place or contact by phone for a reservation, ask for a schedule, or make payment for a place reservation. Even though they can find out the schedule by telephone, customers still have to come to make a down payment or settlement. To make it easier for customers, a website-based development of a KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN (KFC) reservation system at Pangkalan Jati was carried out and submitted as a research proposal with the aim of assisting the reservation process and management of reservation data at KFC Pangkalan Jati. This application was developed with a prototype development model. There are five stages in the prototype, namely Analysis of user needs, Quick Design, Prototype formation, Prototype evaluation and improvement, and the testing stage. Data analysis techniques use Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT). This research resulted in a website-based reservation application for KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN (KFC) in Pangkalan Jati. After testing, it shows that all functions can run well, all functions are approved and meet existing needs. So it can be concluded that application development can be carried out using the prototype method and can be successfully carried out so that this research can be completed.
