Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pondok Gede kota Bekasi. Fokus permasalahan yang dianalisis adalah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pondok Gede Kota Bekasi dan motivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pondok Gede Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sedangkan metode penelitian adalah survei. Untuk memastikan validitas dan keabsahan hasil analisis, dilakukan pengujian terhadap beberapa asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan uji R-squared. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru bernilai positif, dengan nilai konstanta sebesar 36.707 dan nilai koefisien regresi untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan adalah 0.832. uji t digunakan untuk mengevaluasi signifikansi setiap variabel independen dalam model regresi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien regresi untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki nilai t-hitung yang signifikan (12.816 > 1.684). Sedangkan hasil uji R-squared (R^2) menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 69,2% variasi dalam motivasi kerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam model regresi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pondok Gede, Kota Bekasi. ***** This purpose of the study is to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style on the work motivation of teachers at SMP Negeri Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City. The focus of the problem being analyzed is the influence of the principal's leadership style at SMP Negeri Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City and the work motivation of teachers at SMP Negeri Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative approach. While the research method is a survey. To ensure the validity and validity of the results of the analysis, several classic assumptions were tested and hypothesis testing included a simple linear regression test, t test, and R-squared test. The results of a simple linear regression test show that the direction of the influence of the principal's leadership style variable on teacher work motivation is positive, with a constant value of 36,707 and the regression coefficient value for the leadership style variable is 0.832. t test was used to evaluate the significance of each independent variable in the regression model. The results of the t test show that the regression coefficient for the leadership style variable has a significant t-count value (12,816 > 1,684). Meanwhile, the results of the R-squared test (R^2) show that 69.2% of the variation in teacher work motivation can be explained by the principal's leadership style in the regression model. These findings indicate that the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant influence on teacher work motivation at SMP Negeri Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City.
