Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh outdoor learning dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan sisa SMAN 178 Jakarta yang tergabung dalam anggota OSIS tahun 2023. Adapun waktu pelaksanaan dilaksanakan pada bulan juni tahun 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pre experimental dengan desain “One Group Pre Test-Post Test Design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMPN 178 Jakarta yang tergabung dalam anggota OSIS dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian ini berjumlah 25 siswa. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang atau seluruh jumlah populasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, yang dimana instrument tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui data tes awal sebelum penelitian dan tes akhir setelah penelitian. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji-t dengan menghitung nilai t-hitung dibandingkan dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian perhitungan tes awal dan tes akhir diperoleh koefesien korelasi (rxy) 0.74, dengan standar deviasi perbedaan mean (SDdm) 1,27. Dalam perhitungan selanjutnya diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 4,50 dan nilai t-tabel 2,063 pada derajat (n-1). Dengan t-hitung>t-tebel yang menunjukan hipotesis nilai nihil (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternativ (HI) diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa outdoor learning mempunyai pengaruh dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan anggota OSIS SMPN 178 Jakarta tahun 2023. Kata Kunci : outdoor learning, kepemimpinan, remaja *** This study aims to determine the effect of outdoor learning in cultivating the remaining leadership values of SMAN 178 Jakarta who are members of the student council in 2023. The implementation time is held in June 2023. The research method used in this study was pre-experimental with the "One Group Pre Test-Post Test Design”. The population in this study were 25 students at SMPN 178 Jakarta who were members of the Student Council and were willing to take part in this study. The samples taken in this study amounted to 20 people or the entire population. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, in which the instrument was used to find out the initial test data before the research and the final test after the research. The analysis technique in this study used the t-test technique by calculating the t-count value compared to the t-table at a significant level of 0.05. The results of the pre-test and post-test calculations obtained a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.74, with a standard deviation of the mean difference (SDdm) of 1.27. In subsequent calculations, a t-count of 4.50 was obtained and a t-table value of 2.063 at degrees (n-1). With t-count> t-tebel which shows the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (HI) is accepted, it can be concluded that outdoor learning has an influence in cultivating leadership values for OSIS members of SMPN 178 Jakarta in 2023.
