Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pendifusian inovasi pembelajaran tematik di kalangan guru kelas awal SD dan MI. Tujuan khususnya adalah menganalisis persepsi guru terhadap pembelajaran tematik sebagai inovasi dari segi atributnya (relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability dan observability), menganalisis laju adopsi inovasi pembelajaran tematik dalam rentang waktu 2016-2019. Menganalisis hasil belajar siswa pada sekolah-sekolah yang terlebih dahulu dan yang kemudian mengadopsi pembelajaran tematik, dan menganalisis persentase karakteristik adator guru kelas awal SD dan MI berdasarkan laju adopsinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan prosedur penelitian difusi yang dikembangkan oleh Rogers. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru kelas awal SD dan MI Kabupaten Bireuen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut inovasi pembelajaran tematik dipersepsikan relatif positif oleh 66% guru SD dan MI. Laju adopsi, penyebaran dan atau penerimaan inovasi pembelajaran tematik dikalangan guru kelas awal SD dan MI di kabupaten Bireuen berlangsung massif tahun 2016, (283 guru SD dan 80 guru MI), puncaknya pada tahun 2019. Hasil belajar siswa SD dan MI yang lebih dahulu mengadopsi pembelajaran tematik lebih baik dibandingkan yang kemudian. Karakteristik guru kelas awal SD dan MI Kabupaten Bireuen sebagai pengadosi pembelajaran tematik dilihat dari laju adopsinya. sebagai berikut: karateristik innovator sebanyak 91%, early adaptor sebanyak 5% dan early majority sebanyak 2% ,latemajority2%, dan tidak ada guru dengan karakteristik laggards. . In general, this study aims to analyze the process of diffusion of thematic learning innovations among early grade teachers of SD and MI. The specific objective is to analyze teachers' perceptions of thematic learning as an innovation in terms of its attributes (relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability and observability), to analyze the rate of adoption of thematic learning innovations in the 2016-2019 period. Analyze student learning outcomes in schools that first and then adopt thematic learning, and analyze the characteristics of the characteristics of early elementary and MI elementary school teachers based on their rate of adoption. This study uses a quantitative approach and diffusion research procedures developed by Rogers. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and document review. The data source for this research was the early grade teachers of SD and MI in Bireuen Regency. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the attributes of thematic learning innovation were perceived relatively positively by 66% of SD and MI teachers. The rate of adoption, dissemination and/or acceptance of thematic learning innovations among elementary and MI early grade teachers in Bireuen district took place massively in 2016, (283 SD teachers and 80 MI teachers), peaking in 2019. The learning outcomes of SD and MI students who adopted earlier thematic learning is better than the later ones. Characteristics of elementary and MI early grade teachers in Bireuen Regency as adopters of thematic learning can be seen from their rate of adoption. as follows: the characteristics of an innovator are 91%, early adapters are 5% and early majority are 2%, late majority are 2%, and there are no teachers with laggards characteristics.
