Abstract

PENGARUH LATIHAN MENGGUNAKAN ALAT BANTU SHOTLOCK TERHADAP HASIL SHOOTING FREETHROW TIM BOLA BASKET PUTRI UNIVERSTAS NEGERI JAKARTA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengaruh Latihan menggunakan alat bantu Shotloc terhadap hasil shooting Free Throw tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pre-experimental design tipe one group pretest – posttest (tes awal dan test akhir kelompok tunggal), jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang tidak menggunakan kelas pembanding. teknik pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Total Sampling yang berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan prosedur pretest – posttest design dengan 10 kali pertemuan diantaranya 8 kali treatment dan 2 kali tes awal dan tes akhir. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa hipotesis diterima, yaitu latihan menggunakan alat bantu Shotloc dapat meningkatkan hasil Shooting Free Throw tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil data masing-masing tes, baik data tes awal (pretest) maupun data tes akhir (posttest). Di mana nilai rata-rata selisih mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,5. Terjadinya peningkatan tersebut disebabkan karena latihan dengan menggunakan alat bantu Shotloc yang diberikan merupakan latihan untuk meningkatkan hasil Shooting Free Throw tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta. THE EFFECT OF TRAINING USING SHOTLOCK AIDS ON THE FREETHROW SHOOTING RESULTS OF THE JAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TEAM This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the effect of training using the Shotloc tool on the shooting results of the Free Throw of the Jakarta State University women's basketball team. This research was conducted using the Pre-Experimental Design method type One Group Pretest – Posttest (initial test and final test of a single group), this type of research is a research that does not use a comparison class. The sample collection technique is carried out by the method Total sampling amounted to 10 people. The data collection technique was carried out with a pretest – posttest design procedure with 10 meetings including 8 treatments and 2 initial tests and final tests. The results of the hypothesis test were obtained that the hypothesis was accepted, namely that practice using the Shotloc tool could improve the results of the Shooting Free Throw of the Jakarta State University women's basketball team. This can be seen from the results of the data of each test, both initial test data (pretest) and final test data (posttest). Where the average value of the difference has increased by 2.5. The increase was caused by training using the Shotloc tool provided was an exercise to improve the results of the Shooting Free Throw of the Jakarta State University women's basketball team.
