Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesuksesan dan menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan dari penerapan sistem informasi PENMABA UNJ Jalur Mandiri Ujian Tulis online di web pendaftaran.unj.ac.id pada tahun 2022, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan net benefit. Model yang digunakan adalah model kesuksesan sistem informasi The Updated DeLone & McLean. Terdapat 5 variabel pengukuran yang digunakan, yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna dan net benefit. Digunakan analisis deskriptif dan korelasi pearson sebagai alat analisis pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem informasi PENMABA UNJ Jalur Mandiri Ujian Tulis online di web pendaftaran.unj.ac.id pada tahun 2022 memiliki tingkat kesuksesan yang cukup, serta kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Variabel kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh terhadap net benefit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah semakin tinggi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan, akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Semakin tinggi kepuasan pengguna maka akan semakin tinggi pula net benefit yang diperoleh. ***** This study aimed to evaluate success and analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality from the implementation of the PENMABA UNJ information system for the Independent Online Written Examination on the web pendaftaran.unj.ac.id in 2022, and its effect on user satisfaction and net benefits. The model used is The Updated DeLone & McLean's information system success model. There are 5 measurement variables used, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction and net benefits. Descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation were used as analytical tools in this study. The results of this study are that the information system for PENMABA UNJ for the Independent Online Written Examination on the web pendaftaran.unj.ac.id in 2022 has a sufficient level of success, and system quality, information quality and service quality greatly affect user satisfaction. User satisfaction variable affects the net benefit. The conclusion from the research is the higher the system quality, information quality and service quality, the higher the level of user satisfaction will be. The higher the user satisfaction, the higher the net benefit obtained.
