Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis microlearning pada materi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Perkantoran berupa web yang berisi video, kuis, infografis, dan PDF interaktif serta mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis microlearning pada materi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Perkantoran. Sasaran dari media penelitian ini adalah pengguna gedung perkantoran meliputi pekerja perkantoran dan pengelola gedung dalam gedung bertingkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, & Evaluation). Nilai keseluruhan yang diperoleh dari tahap validasi ahli sebagai berikut: penilaian dari ahli materi sebesar 92,5% termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak dan penilaian dari ahli media sebesar 88,5% termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan penilaian yang diperoleh dari hasil uji coba perorangan adalah sebesar 90% termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak dan penilaian yang diperoleh dari hasil uji coba kelompok kecil adalah sebesar 88% termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak. Dari penilaian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis microlearning pada materi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Perkantoran yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Perkantoran. ***** This development research aims to develop microlearning-based learning media on Office Occupational Safety and Health material in the form of a web containing videos, quizzes, infographics, and interactive PDFs and determine the feasibility of microlearning-based learning media on Office Occupational Safety and Health material. The target of this research media is office building users including office workers and building managers in multi-storey buildings. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, & Evaluation). The overall score obtained from the expert validation stage is as follows: The assessment of the material expert of 92.5% is included in the very feasible category and the assessment of the media expert of 88.5% is included in the very feasible category. While the assessment obtained from the results of the individual trial is 90% included in the very feasible category and the assessment obtained from the results of the small group trial is 88% included in the very feasible category. From the assessment that has been done, it can be concluded that the microlearning-based learning media on Office Occupational Safety and Health material developed in this study is very feasible to be used in the Office Occupational Safety and Health learning process.
