Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transfrmational leadership, procedural justice, culutural value, self efficacy, job satisfaction, organizational commitments terhadap lecturer performance di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu dosen tetap PTS yang berada diwilayah DKI Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil untuk mewakili populasi sebanyak 422 sampel dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan fokus pada convenience sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi Amos v.24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah model yang menunjukan bahwa semakin efektif tranformational leadership(TL) semakin baik job sastisfaction(JS), semakin efektif tranformational leadership(TL) semakin terkelola baik procedural justice(PJ), semakin efektif tranformational leadership(TL) semakin terkelola baik cultural value(CV), semakin efektif tranformational leadership(TL), semakin terkelola baik self efficacy(SE), semakin baik job satisfaction(JS) semakin terkelola baik lecturer performance(LP), semakin baik job satisfaction(JS) semakin terkelola baik organizational commitment(OC), semakin negatif procedural justice(PJ) semakin tidak efektif lecturer performance(LP), semakin negatif procedural justice(PJ) semakin tidak efektif organizational commitment(OC), semakin baik cultural values(CV) semakin terkelola baik lecturer performance(LP), semakin baik cultural values(CV) semakin terkelola baik organizational commitment(OC), semakin baik self-efficacy(SE) semakin terkelola baik lecturer performance(LP), semakin baik self-efficacy(SE) semakin terkelola baik organizational commitment(OC), semakin baik organizational commitment(OC) semakin terkelola baik lecturer performance(LP) di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the effects of transformational leadership, procedural justice, cultural values, self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and organizational commitments on lecturer performance at private universities (PTS) in the Special Capital Region (DKI) Jakarta. The methodology in this study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The unit of analysis in this study is a permanent PTS lecturer in the DKI Jakarta area, with a number of samples taken to represent the population, as many as 422 samples with a non-probability sampling technique with a focus on convenience sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data processing using the Amos v.24 application. The results of this study produce a model that shows that the more effective transformational leadership (TL), the better the job satisfaction (JS). The more effective the transformational leadership (TL), the more well-managed procedural justice (PJ). The more effective the transformational leadership (TL), the more managed good cultural value (CV). The more effective transformational leadership (TL), the better the self-efficacy (SE) is managed, the better the job satisfaction (JS) the better the lecturer performance (LP), the better the job satisfaction (JS) the better it is managed organizational commitment (OC), the more negative procedural justice (PJ) the more ineffective the lecturer performance (LP), the more negative the procedural justice (PJ) the more ineffective the organizational commitment (OC), the better the cultural values (CV) The better the lecturer performance (LP), the better the cultural values (CV), the better the organizational commitment (OC), the better the self-efficacy (SE), the better the management. The lecturer has good lecturer performance (LP). The better the self-efficacy (SE), the better the organizational commitment (OC) is. The better the organizational commitment (OC), the better the lecturer performance (LP) is in private universities (PTS) in Special Regions The capital city (DKI) is Jakarta.
