Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sejauh mana pengaruh kegiatan aktivitas luar ruangan terhadap peningkatan nilai-nilai kerjasama tim hockey Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen untuk mendapatkan data berupa sikap dan perilaku anggota tim hockey Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang sesuai dan berlandaskan teori kerjasama tim yaitu kolaborasi, komunikasi, partisipasi dan kepedulian. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dengan menerapkan sebuah kegiatan aktivitas luar ruangan berupa permainan. Jumlah permainan yang diberikan sebanyak delapan permainan yang disesuaikan dengan indikator yang akan diteliti, dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada anggota tim hockey dan pengamat sebagai bentuk pengumpulan data untuk analisa penelitian yang lebih lengkap dan sesuai. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukan bahwa aktivitas luar ruangan khusunya permainan sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kerjasama tim hockey Universitas Negeri Jakrta. Hal tersebut terjadi karena munculnya komunikasi dalam tim sehingga bisa meningkatkan nilai-nilai kerjasama tim hockey Universitas Negeri Jakarta menjadi lebih baik. Kata kunci : Aktivitas Luar Ruangan, Kerjasama Tim, Hockey. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the extent to which the influence of outdoor activities on increasing the values of the hockey team cooperation at Jakarta State University. This research was conducted using an experimental method to obtain data in the form of attitudes and behavior of members of the Jakarta State University hockey team that are appropriate and based on the theory of teamwork, namely collaboration, communication, participation and caring. Implementation of this research by implementing an outdoor activity in the form of a game. The number of games given is eight games according to the indicators to be studied, with observations and interviews with hockey team members and observers as a form of data collection for a more complete and appropriate research analysis. The research results obtained showed that outdoor activities, especially games, greatly influenced the increase in the collaboration of the hockey team at the State University of Jakarta. This happened because of the emergence of communication within the team so that it could increase the values of the Jakarta State University hockey team collaboration for the better.
