Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari pengembangan modul elektronik interaktif materi diagnosis organisasi sebagai bahan ajar pada pelatihan di Pusdiklat Manajemen dan Kepemimpinan Mahkamah Agung RI. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Peserta Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas lingkup Mahkamah Agung RI angkatan 2 kelompok 3 yang berjumlah 10 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan model Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang telah disebarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan berdasarkan uji validasi ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata nilai seluruh aspek sebesar 4,834 yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase kualitas kelayakan sebesar 98%, uji validasi ahli media memperoleh rata-rata nilai seluruh aspek sebesar 4,206 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase kualitas kelayakan sebesar 80% serta pengujian oleh sasaran pengguna termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata dari keseluruhan aspek sebesar 4,7 dan persentase kualitas kelayakan media sebesar 94,2% sehingga media pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan memiliki kualitas produk sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai penunjang proses pembelajaran, baik dari segi materi, media maupun ketepatan sasaran penggunanya. ***** The goal of this research and development is to evaluate the viability of creating an interactive electronic organizational diagnosis module as training materials for the Management and Leadership Training Center of the Indonesian Supreme Court. The sample in this study consisted of 10 participants from batch 2 of group 3 of the Supervisory Leadership Training under the purview of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. The approach adopted uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model for research and development. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis technique based on the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed. The results showed that the media developed based on the material expert validation test obtained an average value of all aspects of 4.834 which was included in the very good category with a percentage of eligibility quality of 98%, the media expert validation test obtained an average value of all aspects of 4.206 which included in the good category with a percentage of eligibility quality of 80% and testing by target users is included in the very good category with an average value of all aspects of 4.7 and a percentage of eligibility quality of media of 94.2% so that the learning media that has been developed has quality the product is very feasible to be used as a support for the learning process, both in terms of material, media and target accuracy of its users.
