Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat kurikulum bola voli mini usia 10-12 tahun sebagai bahan acuan dan pedoman program bagi pelatih. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluate). Untuk medapatkan kurikulum yang berkualitas peneliti melakukan uji kelayakan atau validasi kepada ahli bidang, yaitu dosen ahli kurikulum, dosen ahli bola voli dan pelatih bola voli mini usia 10-12 tahun. Kurikulum ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan 11 komponen yaitu tujuan pelatihan umum, analisis tujuan pelatihan khusus, peta konsep, indikator keberhasilan, strategi latihan, struktur kurikulum, bentuk latihan bulanan, training unit, silabus bola voli mini, teknik penilaian dan instrumen tes. Hasil yang didapatkan dari uji validasi ketiga ahli terkait mengenai kurikulum bola voli mini usia 10-12 tahun berada pada kategori layak untuk digunakan dan diterapkan sebagai pedoman latihan sehingga dapat diimplementasikan. Implementasi yang dilakukan untuk melihat efektifitas kurikulum bola voli mini ini melibatkan siswa Sekolah Dasar SDN 9 kota Bekasi sebagai sampel uji coba. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to create a mini volleyball curriculum aged 10-12 years as a reference material and program guide for coaches. This research was conducted using the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). To obtain a quality curriculum, the researchers conducted a feasibility test or validation of field experts, namely curriculum expert lecturers, volleyball expert lecturers and mini volleyball coaches aged 10-12 years. This curriculum was developed using 11 components, namely general training objectives, analysis of specific training objectives, concept maps, indicators of success, training strategies, curriculum structure, monthly training forms, training units, mini volleyball syllabus, assessment techniques and test instruments. The results obtained from the validation test of the three related experts regarding the mini volleyball curriculum aged 10-12 years are in the appropriate category to be used and applied as training guidelines so that they can be implemented. The implementation, which was carried out to see the effectiveness of the mini volleyball curriculum, involved elementary school students at SDN 9 Bekasi city as a trial sample.
