Abstract
Kata kunci: E-modul, Project Based Learning (PjBL), kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS), Sekolah Dasar. The ability of critical thinking and problem-solving is one of the fundamental skills that students must possess in the 21st century. Social Studies (IPS), as one of the mandatory subjects in primary schools, plays a role in shaping students as citizens capable of critical thinking, enjoying literacy, and being solution-oriented when facing problems. This study aims to develop a e-module using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of: (a) analysis; (b) design; (c) development; (d) implementation; and (e) evaluation. The validation results percentages are as follows: media expert validation 93.75%, language expert validation 81.25%, IPS subject matter expert validation 94.64%, and practitioner (teacher) validation 92.50%. One-to-one validation 84,16%, small group validation 93,33%, and large group validation 90%, testing categorized the e-module as suitable. Effectiveness was assessed using a one-group pretest-posttest design with t-test procedures. The test results yielded a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between student pretest and posttest data. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the e-module is deemed suitable and effective for enhancing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities among primary school students. Keywords: E-module, Project-Based Learning (PjBL), critical thinking ability, problem-solving, Social Studies (IPS), Elementary Schools.
