Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan upaya guru PAI dalam mengendalikan masalah sosial di lingkungan siswa SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta, yakni pengendalian bullying, kekerasan, dan perilaku seksual pranikah di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan prosedur pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya penerapan pengendalian sosial yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI terdiri dari 3 komponen penting yang setiap komponennya memiliki bentuk kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi kenakalan siswa disekolah, yakni preventif, represif dan kuratif. Upaya pengendalian bullying terdiri dari peer support, penegakan disiplin dan isolasi. Upaya pengendalian kekerasan yakni membangun karakter, penegakan disiplin dan skorsing. Upaya pengendalian perilaku seksual pranikah adalah dengan pembinaan, penegakan disiplin dan pengembalian siswa. Kata kunci: Pendidik, Masalah Sosial, Upaya Pengendalian Sosial This study aims to describe the stages of the efforts of PAI teachers in controlling social problems in SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta students, namely controlling bullying, violence, and free sex at school. The research method used is qualitative with data collection procedures using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data through the process of Testing credibility, Testing Transferability, Testing Dependability, and Testing Conformity. Data analysis went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification/drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that effortthe application of social control carried out by PAI teachers consists of 3 important components where each component has a form of activity aimed at preventing and overcoming student delinquency at school, namely preventive, repressive and curative. Efforts to control bullying consist of peer support, disciplinary enforcement and isolation. Efforts to control violence include building character, enforcing discipline and suspension.
