Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunitas belajar terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru di MGMP Matematika SMP Jakarta. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah komunitas belajar sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan kompetensi profesional sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif dengan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian adalah 229 guru yang tergabung di dalam MGMP Matematika SMP Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Ramdom Sampling sebanyak 146 guru yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 87,569 + 0,359X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,243 atau 24,3%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung 6,805 dan nilai ttabel 1,977. Sehingga nilai thitung (6,805) > ttabel (1,977) dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel komunitas belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional di MGMP Matematika SMP Jakarta. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of the learning community on increasing the professional competency of teachers in the Mathematics MGMP SMP Jakarta. The variables in this study are the learning community as the independent variable (variable X) and professional competency as the dependent variable (variable Y). This study uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. The population in the study were 229 teachers who were members of the Jakarta Middle School Mathematics MGMP. The sampling technique used was random sampling of 146 teachers who were used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis model which produced a regression equation Ŷ= 87.569 + 0.359X and a coefficient of determination of 0.243 or 24.3%. From the results of hypothesis testing with the t test, the tcount value is 6.805 and the ttable value is 1.977. So that the value of tcount (6.805) > ttable (1.977) and the results of a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it is stated that the learning community variable has a significant and positive influence on increasing professional competence in MGMP Mathematics SMP Jakarta.
