Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kemampuan kepemimpinan peserta pada program Monthly Course Novo Batch 1 yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemimpin.id bersama dengan PT Paragon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 85 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dengan alternatif jawaban menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t dan uji f. Semua pengolahan data statistik menggunakan aplikasi komputer SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kemampuan kepemimpinan peserta (Y) dibuktikan dengan nilai konstanta variabel X sebesar 49,854 jika variabel X dinaikan 1 maka akan berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,626 terhadap variabel Y, selanjutnya nilai t hitung adalah 7,159 (t hitung) > 2,021 (t tabel) dan nilai signifikansi antara variabel X dengan variabel Y adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kontribusi variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 56,2%. Maka, variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepemimpinan peserta yang mencakup kemampuan kognitif dan afektif kepemimpinan transformasional. ***** This research aims to determine the effect of training on the leadership abilities of participants in the Monthly Course Novo Batch 1 program organized by Pemimpin.id in collaboration with PT Paragon. The research method used is a causal method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research consists of 85 individuals, with a sample size of 42 people. The data used in this research is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents with response alternatives using the Likert scale. This research employs instrument validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. All statistical data processing is performed using the software SPSS 25. The results of this research indicate that the training variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on the participants' leadership ability variable (Y). This is evidenced by the constant value of variable X being 49.854, indicating that a 1-unit increase in variable X leads to a positive effect of 0.626 on variable Y. Furthermore, the calculated t-value is 7.159 (t calculated) > 2.021 (t table), and the significance value between variable X and variable Y is 0.000 < 0.05, with a contribution of 56.2% of variable X to variable Y. Therefore, the training variable has a positive and significant influence on the participants' leadership variable, encompassing cognitive and affective aspects of transformational leadership.
