Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pelatihan flipbook digital variasi roti manis. Pengembangan media pelatihan flipbook digital variasi roti manis dilakukan di Laboratorium Pengolahan Roti dan Kue, Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga yang terletak di Gedung H, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Media ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) dan mengadaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE. Langkah-langkah pengembangan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Analisis; 2) Perancangan; 3) Pengembangan; 4) Implementasi; dan 5) Evaluasi. Media pelatihan ini telah dilakukan uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan juga ahli bahasa. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi didapatkan hasil sebesar 96% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, 93% ahli bahasa dengan kualifikasi sangat baik dan 89% ahli media dengan kualifikasi baik. Tahap uji lapangan dilakukan terhadap peserta pelatihan yang terdiri dari 26 orang. Uji one to one terhadap 3 orang peserta, uji small group dilakukan terhadap 8 orang, dan uji field test dilakukan terhadap 15 orang. Pada uji one to one didapatkan hasil sebesar 84% dengan kualifikasi baik revisi seperlunya, 89% hasil yang diperoleh dalam small group dengan kualifikasi baik revisi seperlunya, dan 90% hasil dalam field test dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa media pelatihan flipbook digital variasi roti manis dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pelatihan roti manis. ***** This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of digital flipbook training media sweet bread variations. The development of digital flipbook training media for sweet bread variations was carried out at the Bread and Cake Processing Laboratory, Culinary Education Study Program located in Building H, Jakarta State University. This media was developed using research and development (R&D) methods and adapting the ADDIE development model. The development steps of this research are as follows: 1) Analysis; 2) Designing; 3) Development; 4) Implementation; and 5) Evaluation. This training media has been carried out due diligence by material experts, media experts, and also linguists. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that due diligence by material experts obtained results of 96% with very good qualifications, 93% linguists with very good qualifications and 89% media experts with good qualifications. The field test phase was carried out on training participants consisting of 26 people. One to one test on 3 participants, small group test conducted on 8 people, and field test conducted on 15 people. In the one to one test, 84% results were obtained with good qualifications of revision as necessary, 89% of the results obtained in small groups with good qualifications of revision as necessary, and 90% of results in field tests with very good qualifications. The conclusion from the results of research that has been conducted is that the digital flipbook training media of sweet bread variations is feasible to be used as a sweet bread training media.
