Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan di SMAN 96 Jakarta. Sub fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi; perencanaan, inventarisasi, dan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan sarana prasarana pendidikan meliputi: melakukan analisis kebutuhan, melakukan rapat kerja, melakukan analisis pembiayaaan, melakukan analisis prioritas, dan menyusun Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS); 2) Inventarisasi sarana prasarana pendidikan meliputi: pengecekan barang yang datang, pemberian label barang, melakukan penginputan data barang, dan mendapatkan kode barang serta barcode; 3) Pemeliharaan sarana prasarana pendidikan meliputi: pemeliharaan sehari-hari, pemeliharaan berkala, pemeliharaan darurat dan pemeliharaan preventif. ***** This research aimed to describe the administration of State Senior High School 96 of Jakarta's educational infrastructure facilities. The study’s subtopics comprised planning, inventory, and maintenance. This study employed a qualitative and descriptive method. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study’s findings demonstrated that 1) Educational infrastructure planning consisted of conducting a requirements analysis, performing work meetings, conducting a financing analysis, conducting a priority analysis, and preparing a School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS); 2) Educational infrastructure planning comprised conducting a needs analysis, conducting work meetings, conducting a financing analysis, and conducting a priority analysis; 2) Educational infrastructure inventory consisted of the inspection of incoming products, labelling products, inputting products data, acquiring product codes and barcodes; 3) Educational infrastructure maintenance comprised daily maintenance, periodic maintenance, emergency maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
