Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan Implementasi Pelatihan Website Pusat Pelayanan Keluarga (PUSPA) dalam Melakukan Konsultasi Keluarga Berencana (KB) Terhadap Bidan di Jakarta Barat, latar belakang penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pelatihan ini, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bagaimana program pelatihan ini berlangsung, mulai dari hal-hal yang dipersiapkan dan proses pelatihan ini sudah berjalan sangat baik dan juga dalam pelatihan nya tercipta perubahan sikap dan meningkatnya pemahaman para bidan dalam penggunaan website PUSPA sebagai melakukan praktek konsultasi program KB, Pelaksanaan Pelatihan ini masih kurang dalam segi ketepatan perencanaannya yang tidak sesuai jadwal pelaksanaan, ***** The purpose of this research is to describe the Implementation of the Family Service Center Website Training (PUSPA) in Conducting Family Planning (KB) Consultations for Midwives in West Jakarta, the background of this research is to want to know how this training is implemented. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technique of data collection is done by means of non-probability sampling. The results of the study show how this training program took place, starting from the things that were prepared and the training process had gone very well and also in the training there was a change in attitude and an increase in the understanding of midwives in using the PUSPA website as a practice for consulting on family planning programs, conducting training this is still lacking in terms of the accuracy of the planning that is not according to the implementation schedule.
