Abstract

Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta membutuhkan hadirnya kader PKK yang dibebani tugas-tugas tertentu untuk turut mensukseskan pelaksanaan program pokok PKK demi menciptakan Jakarta yang sejahtera serta bahagia. Tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepada kader PKK tidaklah mudah dan menyita banyak waktu mereka. Hal tersebut dapat membuat kader PKK kurang memperhatikan penampilan mereka, khususnya perawatan rambut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari faktor kemauan, faktor kebiasaan, faktor lingkungan sosial dan faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap perawatan rambut kader PKK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Berdasarkan populasi sebanyak 90 orang dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% maka didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 orang. Data diolah menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda Y = 2932,968 + 0,771 X₁ + 1,013 X₂ + 0,210 X₃ + 0,225 X₄ + e. Secara parsial diperoleh nilai t tabel = 1,996, nilai t hitung untuk X1 = 4,112, X2 = 2,677, X3 = 0,777, dan X4 = 0,801. Maka t hitung X1 dan X2 > t tabel sehingga ha diterima dan ho ditolak, sedangkan t hitung X3 dan X4 < t tabel sehingga ha ditolak dan ho diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor kemauan dan kebiasaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku perawatan rambut kader PKK dan pada standardized coefficients beta diperoleh nilai yang paling besar yaitu 0,461 pada variabel X1 yaitu faktor kemauan, maka variabel independen (X) yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (Y) adalah faktor kemauan. ***** The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government needs the presence of PKK cadres who are burdened with certain tasks to participate in the successful implementation of the PKK main program in order to create a prosperous and happy Jakarta. The tasks assigned to PKK cadres are not easy and take up a lot of their time. This can make PKK cadres pay less attention to their appearance, especially hair care. This study aims to determine the influence of willingness factors, habit factors, social environmental factors and socio-economic factors on the hair care of PKK cadres. The research method used is quantitative with the sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Based on a population of 90 people with a confidence level of 95%, a sample size of 72 people was obtained. Data processed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Y = 2932,968 + 0,771 X₁ + 1,013 X₂ + 0,210 X₃ + 0,225 X₄ + e. Partially obtained t-table value = 1.996, t-count for X1 = 4.112, X2 = 2.677, X3 = 0.777, and X4 = 0.801. Then t-count X1 and X2 > t-table so that ha is accepted and ho is rejected, while t-count X3 and X4 < t-table so that ha is rejected and ho is accepted. It can be concluded that the willingness and habit factors have a significant influence on the hair care behavior of PKK cadres and based on the value of the largest standardized coefficients beta, the value of 0.461 is obtained in variable X1, the willingness factor, so the independent variable (X) that has the most influence on the dependent variable (Y) is the willingness factor.
