Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk Model Latihan Agility Penjaga Gawang Futsal Menggunakan Punchball Untuk Kelompok Usia 17-20 Tahun. Bertujuan untuk memberikan variasi-variasi pada Model Latihan Agility penjaga gawang futsal menggunakan Punchball dan juga memberikan keterampilan teknik penjaga gawang pada futsal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan ( Research and Development ) yang mengacu pada Metode penelitian Sugiyono. Model Latihan ini divalidasi oleh dua pelatih penjaga gawang futsal yang mempunya lisensi AFC Goalkeeper Level 1 dan satu dosen ahli futsal. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengembangan peneliti berhasil mendapat 20 (dua puluh) produk pengembangan Model Latihan Agility Penjaga Gawang Futsal Menggunkan Punchball Untuk Kelompok Usia 17-20 Tahun. Kata Kunci : Model Latihan, Agility, Penjaga Gawang, Futsal, Punchball. *ABSTRACT* This research produced a Futsal Goal Keeper Agility Training Model using Punchball for the 17-20 Years Age Group. Aims to provide variations on the Agility Training Model for futsal goalkeepers using Punchball and also to provide goalkeeper technical skills in futsal. This study uses research and development methods (Research and Development) which refer to Sugiyono's research method. This training model was validated by two futsal goalkeeping coaches who have AFC Goalkeeper Level 1 licenses and one futsal expert lecturer. From the research and development results, the researchers succeeded in obtaining 20 (twenty) product development models for Futsal Goalkeeper Agility Training Using Punchball for the 17-20 Years Age Group.
