Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media video pembelajaran pembuatan pasta segar pada mata kuliah Pengelolaan Makanan Kontinental. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta sejak Mei 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan validasi oleh 3 orang Dosen ahli pada bidang media, materi dan bahasa. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dinyatakan melalui hasil validasi kepada ahli media yang menghasilkan persentase 87% (baik), untuk ahli materi persentase yang dihasilkan sebesar 100% (sangat baik), dan hasil tes yang diperoleh dari ahli bahasa sebesar 100% (sangat baik). Pada uji coba one to one didapatkan persentase 88% (baik), uji coba small group didapatkan persentase 91% (sangat baik), dan pada uji coba field test, mendapatkan persentase sebesar 91% (sangat layak). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video pembelajaran pembuatan pasta segar dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Pengelolaan Makanan Kontinental. ***** This development research was conducted to develop and test the feasibility of learning video media for making fresh pasta in the Continental Food Cookery. This research was conducted at the Culinary Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University since May 2021. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model with stages of (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. This research was validated by 3 expert lecturers in the fields of media, material and language. The development of learning media is expressed through validation results to media experts which produce a percentage of 87% (good), for material experts the percentage produced is 100% (very good), and test results obtained from linguists are 100% (very good). In the one to one trial, the percentage was 88% (good), the small group trial got a percentage of 91% (very good), and in the field test trial, it got a percentage of 91% (very feasible). The results of the study can be concluded that the learning video media for making fresh pasta is declared suitable for use in the learning process in the Continental Food Cookery.
