Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubugan antara Digital Mindset dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Guru SMA di Sekolah Penggerak Wilayah Jakarta Barat. Variabel yang diteliti adalah digital mindset (variabel x) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (variabel y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel Digital Mindset dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah korelasi product moment dari person, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh hasil signifikansi korelasi sebesar 0,000. Dimana hasil tersebut lebih kecil daripada 0,05. Sedangkan nilai korelasi kedua variabel 0,690. Dari koefisien dterminasi, digital mindset memberikan kontribusi sebesar 47,5% terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Digital Mindset dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Guru SMA di Sekolah Penggerak Wilayah Jakarta Barat. ***** This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between Digital Mindset and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of High School Teachers at the West Jakarta Regional Mobilization School. The variables studied were digital mindset (variable x) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (variable y). The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection for the Digital Mindset variable with Organizational Citizenship Behavior uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the product moment correlation of the person, by first carrying out a prerequisite test which includes a normality test, a linearity test. From the results of hypothesis testing, the results obtained a significant correlation of 0.000. Where the results are smaller than 0.05. While the correlation value of the two variables is 0,690. From the determination coefficient, the digital mindset contributes as much as 47,5% to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between Digital Mindset and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of SMA Teachers in the West Jakarta Regional Mobilization School.
