Abstract

Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap yaitu analisis kebutuhan, penentuan prioritas, penyusunan anggaran, dan pengusulan kebutuhan. Analisis kebutuhan berkaitan dengan mencari masukan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana. Selanjutnya kebutuhan tersebut diberikan urutan prioritas. Barang yang sudah dianalisis disusun anggarannya dalam RAPBS dan selanjutnya sekolah melakukan pengusulan kebutuhan tersebut. Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang dilakukan di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 Sentra Primer Jakarta Timur melalui beberapa tahapan. Pertama, pengusulan anggaran melalui RAPBS pada awal tahun ajaran baru yang disetujui oleh pengurus yayasan. Kedua, realisasi pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang dilakukan di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 Sentra Primer Jakarta Timur melalui beberapa cara yaitu pembelian, peminjaman, dan penyewaan. Ketiga, evaluasi pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 Sentra Primer Jakarta Timur melalui dua tahapan. Pertama, evaluasi dilakukan di dalam pelaksanaan RAKER. Kedua, evaluasi pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan ketika kebutuhan yang diusulkan oleh pihak sekolah sudah dikirimkan melalui supplier ataupun pihak yayasan sendiri kepada pihak sekolah. Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 Sentra Primer Jakarta Timur yaitu terbagi menjadi dua yaitu pemeliharaan secara rutin dan berkala. Pemeliharaan secara rutin di antaranya pembersihan semua ruang yang ada di sekolah. Sedangkan, pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana secara berkala di antaranya yaitu perbaikan atau pengecatan sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah. ***** Planning of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out through four stages; needs analysis, prioritization, budgeting, and proposing needs. Needs analysis is related to finding input on facilities and infrastructure needs. Furthermore, these needs are given a priority order. The items that have been analyzed are prepared in the budget in the RAPBS and then the school proposes these needs. The procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure carried out at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 Sentra Primer East Jakarta went through several stages. First, proposing a budget through the RAPBS at the beginning of the new school year approved by the foundation management. Second, the realization of the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure carried out at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 Sentra Primer East Jakarta through several ways; purchasing, borrowing, and leasing. Third, evaluation of the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 East Jakarta Primary Center through two stages. First, evaluation is carried out in the implementation of RAKER. Second, evaluation of the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out when the needs proposed by the school have been sent through suppliers or the foundation itself to the school. Maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 Sentra Primer East Jakarta is divided into two section; routine and periodic maintenance. Routine maintenance includes cleaning all spaces in the school. Meanwhile, periodic maintenance of facilities and infrastructure includes repairing or painting existing facilities and infrastructure in schools.
