Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan religiusitas siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 12 Jakarta (2) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat guru keagamaan dalam meningkatkan religiusitas siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 12 Jakarta. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori peran menurut Soerjono Soekanto, teori peran guru menurut Rulam Ahmadi, teori Religiusitas menurut Glock dan Stark. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya keempat peran guru ini berhasil dalam meningkatkan religiusitas siswa di MAN 12 Jakarta: mulai dari Peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan religiusitas siswa di MAN 12 Jakarta terdiri dari 1) pengajar, meningkatkan aspek religiusitas keyakinan dan pengetahuan, 2) pendidik, meningkatkan aspek religiusitas keyakinan, praktik, pengalaman, dan konsekuensi, 3) pembimbing, meningkatkan aspek religiusitas praktik agama, 4) pengelola, meningkatkan aspek religiusitas praktik agama dan pengalamanFaktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan religiusitas siswa di MAN 12 Jakarta lebih dominan faktor eksternal yaitu: Lingkungan keluarga, Lingkungan lembaga atau sekolah, Lingkungan pergaulannya Kata kunci: Peran guru, Religiusitas This study aims to (1) analyze and describe the role of PAI teachers in increasing the religiosity of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 12 Jakarta (2) analyze and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of religious teachers in increasing student religiosity at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 12 Jakarta. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected using observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory used is role theory according to Soerjono Soekanto, teacher role theory according to Rulam Ahmadi, religiosity theory according to Glock and Stark. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected using observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the existence of these four teacher roles was successful in increasing the religiosity of students at MAN 12 Jakarta: starting from the role of the PAI teacher in increasing the religiosity of students at MAN 12 Jakarta consisting of 1) teaching, increasing aspects of religiosity of belief and knowledge, 2) educators, increasing religiosity aspects of belief, practice, experience, and consequences, 3) mentors, increasing the religiosity aspects of religious practices, 4) managers, increasing aspects of the religiosity of religious practices and experience. Supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing student religiosity at MAN 12 Jakarta are more dominant external factors, namely: Environment family, institutional or school environment, social environment Keywords: Teacher's role, Religiosity
