Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Kondisi Fisik Atlet PPLP Panahan Jawa Barat 2023 sebagai referensi test awal dan test akhir atlet sebelum diberikan program latihan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mendiskripsikan suatu kejadian yang terjadi saat sekarang dengan data-data berupa angka, tanpa memberikan perlakuan khusus terhadap kejadian tersebut. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan komponen-komponen kondisi fisik, yaitu balke test, sit and reach, stand stork right and left, push up, pull up, sit up, back up, wall sit. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kepada atlet atau subjek peneltian untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik. Hasil tes menunjukan bahwa profil kondisi fisik atlet PPLP Panahan Jawa Barat 2023 berada kategori kurang. Tentunya hal tersebut harus dipertahankan dengan latihan-latihan Kata kunci :Panahan, Kondisi, Fisik ABSTRACT This study aims to develop the 2023 Wes Java PPLP Athlet Physical Conditioning as a reference to the preliminary test and final test of the athlete before being given the training program. This study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive methode to describe the current events with data in the form of numbers, without specific treatment of the incident. The test instrument used in this study use components of physical conditions, such as balke test, sit and reach, stand stork right and left, push up, pull up, sit up, back up, and wall sit data collections techniques using test to the athletes or research subject to determine physical conditions. The test results show that physical condition profile of West Java PPLP Archery athletes 2023 is a less category. Surely this must be maintained wit practice.
