Abstract

Perundungan adalah fenomena sosial yang terjadi dan dialami oleh peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Perundungan merupakan tindakan atau perbuatan agresi yang bertujuan untuk menyakiti seseorang dan dilakukan berulang-ulang. Perundungan memiliki dampak, seperti: luka fisik, menurunnya kinerja peserta didik, dan berpotensi sebagai pelaku kriminal di masa dewasa. Program preventif perundungan merupakan upaya untuk mencegah dan mengurangi perundungan kepada peserta didik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengembangan instrumen intensi perundungan peserta didik yang dibatasi pada perundungan fisik, verbal, ciber, dan relasional untuk peserta didik kelas rendah di sekolah dasar. Instrumen dikembangkan dalam bentuk self-report yang dapat digunakan guru untuk mendeteksi potensi peserta didik pada peristiwa perundungan. Pengembangan instrumen mengunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2022 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2023. Responden penelitian ini adalah peserta didik sekolah dasar kelas rendah (Kelas 1, 2, dan 3) berjumlah 1260 orang yang berada di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data mempergunakan analisis model Rasch dengan aplikasi Winsteps. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan peserta didik dalam menjawab instrumen intensi perundungan peserta didik dibedakan untuk setiap dimensi Attitude Toward Behavior (ATB), Subjective Norm (SN), Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) dan Personal Norm (PN) menunjukkan hasil pada dimensi ATB kategori rendah sebesar 62,6%, sedang 32,5%, dan tinggi 4,8%. Dimensi SN kategori rendah 53,2%, sedang 38%, dan tinggi 8,8%. Dimensi PBC kategori rendah 56,8%, sedang 32,8%, dan tinggi 10,3% dan dimensi PN kategori rendah 52,7%, sedang 45,4%, dan tinggi 1,9%. Berdasarkan uji coba skala besar, instrumen perundungan peserta didik berjumlah 34 butir. Instrumen dapat dipergunakan sebagai instrumen intensi perundungan peserta didik sekolah dasar karena telah layak,valid, dan reliabel. Bullying is an act or act of aggression that aims to hurt someone and tends to be done repeatedly. Bullying has a short-term impact, namely physical injury, medium-term, namely decreased student performance and a long-term impact, namely the potential to become criminals in adulthood. The bullying preventive program is an effort to prevent and/or reduce bullying of students. The focus of this research is to develop an instrument of intention to bully students which is limited to physical, verbal, cyber and relational bullying for elementary schools. The instrument was developed in the form of a self-report that teachers can use to detect the potential of students at school in bullying incidents. Instrument development uses the Borg & Gail development model which is analyzed using the RASCH model. The instrument was in the form of a questionnaire where the research was carried out from September 2022 to January 2023. The respondents in this study were 1260 low grade elementary school students in the province of DKI Jakarta. The data analysis technique uses the RASCH model analysis with the help of Winsteps. The results of the data analysis showed that the ability of student to answer the instrument of student bullying intentions was differentiated for each dimensions Attitude Toward Behavior (ATB), Subjective Norm (SN), Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) and Personal Norm (PN) show results in the low category ATB dimension of 62.6%, medium 32.5%, and high 4.8% . The SN dimensions are in the low category of 53.2%, medium 38% and high 8.8%. The PBC dimension is in the low category 56.8%, medium 32.8% and high 10.3% and the PN dimension in the low category is 52.7%, medium is 45.4% and high is 1.9%. These results indicate that the instrument has good validity and reliability and is appropriate to be used as an instrument of students' bullying intentions in elementary schools.
