Abstract

Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dapat diartikan sebagai suatu kegiatan untuk mengembangkan diri dan mempersiapkan seseorang dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman terkait faktor-faktor dalam berwirausaha. Pengalaman PKL yang telah diperoleh mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan praktik kerja lapangan dengan minat mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Rias Universitas Negeri Jakarta dalam berwirausaha sebagai wedding organizer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui nilai signifikansi 0,0000 ± 0,05 sehingga data dikatakan berkorelasi. Nilai korelasi Pearson adalah 0,642 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan kuat. Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi hubungan pedagang kaki lima (X) dengan minat berwirausaha Wedding Organizer (Y) sebesar 0,000 ± 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 6,642, nilai t tabel adalah 1,997, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dan analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengalaman Praktek Kerja Lapang (PKL) dengan Minat Mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Rias pada Wirausaha Wedding Organizer. ***** Field Work Practice can be interpreted as an activity to develop oneself and prepare someone to face the world of work. Field Work Practices provide knowledge and experience related to factors in entrepreneurship. The experience of street vendors that have been obtained by students is expected to be able to foster an interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between field work practices and the interest of students of Cosmetology Education at the State University of Jakarta in entrepreneurship as wedding organizers. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method and uses a correlational research type. Based on the test results, it is known that the significance value is 0.0000 ± 0.05 so that the data is said to be correlated. The Pearson correlation value is 0.642 so it can be concluded that there is a positive and strong relationship. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the significance value of the relationship between street vendors (X) and the interest in entrepreneurship in a Wedding Organizer (Y) is 0.000 ± 0.05 and the t-count value is 6.642, the t-table value is 1.997, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the data obtained and the analysis carried out in this study, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the experience of Field Work Practices and the Interests of Makeup Education Students in Entrepreneurial Wedding Organizers.
