Abstract

Teori permainan merupakan model matematika dari konflik dan persaingan di antara pengambil keputusan yang rasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atribut yang paling penting bagi pengguna dalam menggunakan jasa aplikasi video conference serta mengetahui strategi pemasaran optimal pada masing masing jasa aplikasi video conference. Ketidakpastian penilaian pengguna terhadap produk yang digunakan diinterpretasikan dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi murni. Strategi yang diteliti meliputi device, privasi dan keamanan, durasi panggilan, batasan peserta, kualitas video, user interface, kapasitas penyimpanan dan pemakaian kuota. Berdasarkan data atribut yang dipentingkan oleh pengguna adalah pemakaian kuota serta privasi dan keamanan. Strategi optimal bagi masing masing jasa aplikasi video conference yaitu privasi dan keamanan bagi Zoom dan Google Meets sedangkan kualitas video bagi Microsoft Teams. *** Game theory is a mathematical model of conflict and competition among rational decision makers. The purpose of this research is to find out the most important attributes for users in using video conference application services and to find out the optimal marketing strategy for each video conference application service. Uncertainty in the user's assessment of the product used is interpreted using fuzzy logic. The strategy used in this study is a pure strategy. The strategies studied included device, privacy and security, call duration, participant limits, video quality, user interface, storage capacity and quota usage. Based on the attribute data that is important to users is quota usage as well as privacy and security. The optimal strategy for each video conferencing application service is privacy and security for Zoom and Google Meets while video quality is for Microsoft Teams.
