Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain dan produk Personalized Learning yang layak dan efektif Pada Mata Kuliah Keperawatan Medikal Bedah Di Program Studi Keperawatan D3 Fakultas Kesehatan Dan Farmasi Universitas Bani Saleh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluate. Penelitian ini telah ditinjau oleh ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, dan ahli materi, hasil kaji ahli berupa masukan yang sudah dilakukan perbaikan pada produk. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba pengguna yaitu mahasiswa keperawatan D3 berupa uji one to one tingkat pencapaian 83.3% dan 86.6% dikatakan sangat baik. Uji coba small group untuk kelompok transforming learner tingkat pencapaian 86.1% dikatakan sangat baik untuk kelompok performing learner dengan tingkat pencapaian 84.4% dikatakan sangat baik. Dilakukan uji efektivitas dengan memberikan tes sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah (post-test) penggunaan produk hasil dari perhitungan N-Gain Score. Hasil penelitian produk pengembangan personalize learning pada mata kuliah Keperawatan Medikal Bedah 1 di Program Studi Keperawatan D3 sebesar 82.3%, dapat dikatakan efektif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan luaran berupa produk (1) desain pembelajaran mata kuliah Keperawatan Medikal Bedah 1 menggunakan metode personalized learning, (2) LMS yang memfasilitasi penerapan personalized learning, berdasarkan tipe orientasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Keperawatan Medikal Bedah 1. This research aims to develop appropriate and effective Personalized Learning designs and products in the Medical Surgical Nursing Course in the D3 Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Health and Pharmacy, Bani Saleh University. This research method uses the ADDIE model consisting of 5 stages, namely: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate. This research has been reviewed by learning design experts, learning media experts, and material experts, the results of expert studies are in the form of inputs that have been made improvements to the product. Furthermore, user trials were carried out, namely D3 nursing students in the form of a one to one test with an achievement level of 83.3% and 86.6% which were said to be very good. The small group tryout for the transforming learner group at an achievement level of 86.1% is said to be very good for the performing learner group with an achievement level of 84.4% is said to be very good. The effectiveness test was carried out by giving tests before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the use of the product resulting from the calculation of the N-Gain Score. The results of research on personalize learning development products in the Medical Surgical Nursing 1 course in the D3 Nursing Study Program amounted to 82.3%, it can be said to be effective. This research produced outputs in the form of products (1) learning design for the Medical Surgical Nursing 1 course using the personalized learning method, (2) an LMS that facilitates the implementation of personalized learning, based on the type of student learning orientation in the Medical Surgical Nursing 1 course.
