Abstract

Dermaga pelabuhan dapat dikatakan memiliki tingkat pelayanan yang baik jika waktu kegiatan bongkar muat barang lebih singkat dari jadwal yang diberikan, dan untuk mengetahui kinerja pelayanan disuatu pelabuhan dapat dinilai dari semua pengukuran indikator yang meliputi produktivitas, utilitas pelabuhan, dan kinerja opersional pelayanan. Pengukuran kinerja menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, pelayanan kapal waiting time, approaching time, dan efektif time dibanding berthing time, pengukuran kinerja produktivitas dapat diukur menggunakan Ton Gang Hour (TGH), dan pengukuran utilitas dermaga diukur menggunakan kinerja pemakaian dermga (BOR), Standar yang digunakan untuk mengukur ialah menggunakan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Laut No. UM.002/38/18.DJPL-16 Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja dermaga Nusantara dapat dikategorikan cukup baik dari sisi pelayanan kapal waiting time, dan approaching time, sementara dari sisi produktivitas bongkar muat curah cair kurang baik, akan tetapi dari segi utilitas pemakaian waktu dermaga (BOR) dapat dikatakan baik. ***** The port quayside can be said to have a good level of service if the loading and unloading activity time is shorter than the schedule, and to determine the service performance at a port, it can be assessed from all indicator measurements which include productivity, port utility, and service operational performance. Performance measurement uses primary and secondary data, ship service waiting time, approaching time, and effective time compared to berthing time, productivity performance measurement can be measured using Ton Gang Hour (TGH), and Berth occupancy ratio (BOR), The standard used to measure is to use the standard that has been set by the Director General of Sea Transportation No. UM.002/38/18.DJPL-16. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the performance of the Nusantara Lama pier can be categorized as quite good in terms of waiting time and approaching time, while in terms of loading and unloading productivity of liquid bulk it is not good, but in terms of utilization Berth occupancy ratio (BOR) it can be said to be good.
