Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Labschool Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sosialisasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan tingkat keberhasilan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajaran Pancasila (P5) dalam program sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian ini antara lain: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Akademik, Koordinator Projek, Fasilitator Projek, dan Peserta Didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan P5 didasarkan pada Panduan Pengembangan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Adapun proses implementasi P5 di SMA Labschool Jakarta adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Sosialisasi P5 dilakukan secara terstruktur dimulai dari Pemerintah, Kepala Sekolah dan tenaga pendidik. 2) Persiapan P5 dilihat berdasarkan persiapan sumber daya pendukung, komunikasi, sikap pelaksana, dan struktur birokrasi di SMA Labschool Jakarta. 3) Pelaksanaan P5 bertahap dimulai dari Membentuk Panitia, koordinator kelas, membuat alur aktivitas projek, menentukan dimensi projek dan cara penilaiannya. 4) Berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip P5 yaitu holistik, kontekstual, berpusat pada peserta didik, dan eksploratif. Pelaksanaan di SMA Labschool Jakarta telah berhasil melaksanakan P5. ***** This research, which aimed to describe the process of socialization, preparation, implementing, and succes rating of the project to strengthen the Pancasila lesson profile (P5) in the Sekolah Penggerak program, was conducted at State Senior High School (SMA) Labschool Jakarta. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive method through a case study. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The informants in this study include the Principal, Vice Principal for Academics, Project Coordinators, Project Facilitators, and Students. The results of this study indicate that the development of P5 learning is based on the Project Development Guidelines for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students. The P5 implementation process at SMA Labschool Jakarta are as follows: 1) P5 socialization is carried out in a structured manner starting from the government, school principals and teaching staff. 2) P5 preparation is seen based on the preparation of supporting resources, communication, implementing attitudes, and bureaucratic structure at SMA Labschool Jakarta. 3) Implementation of P5 in stages starting from Forming Committees, class coordinators, making project activity flows, determining project dimensions and how to evaluate them. 4) Based on the P5 principles, namely holistic, contextual, learner-centered, and exploratory. Implementation at SMA Labschool Jakarta has successfully implemented P5.
