Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana stres kerja, work-family conflict, dan turnover intention yang terjadi pada karyawan PT X. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention yang terjadi pada karyawan PT X. 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh work-family conflict terhadap turnover intention yang terjadi pada karyawan PT X. 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan work-family conflict terhadap turnover intention yang terjadi pada karyawan PT X. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 106 karyawan tetap perusahaan manufaktur PT X. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, 2) Work-family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, 3) Stres kerja dan work-family conflict berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan perusahaan manufaktur PT X. Perusahaan sebaiknya menekan stres kerja dan work-family conflict yang dialami karyawan agar dapat menurunkan niat berpindah karyawan. Kata Kunci: stres kerja, work-family conflict, turnover intention, perusahaan manufaktur. *** The purpose of this study: 1) To describe how Work Stress, Work-Family Conflict, and Turnover Intention on PT X employees. 2) To find out and analyze the influence of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT X. 3) To find out and analyze the influence of work-family conflict on employee turnover intention at PT X. 4) To find out the influence of work stress and work-family conflict on employee turnover intention at PT X. This research was conducted on 106 permanent employees of the manufacturing company PT X. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and processed using SPSS software version 25. The result of the regression test show that: 1) Work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, 2) Work-family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention, 3) Work stress and Work-family conflict have a significant effect on turnover intention. Company should reduce work stress and work-family conflict experienced by employees to reduce employee turnover intention.
