Abstract

Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia: Guru di lingkungan MGMP TKI Jakarta Timur 1 membutuhkan wadah untuk melakukan kegiatan berbagi informasi dan perangkat pembelajaran tanpa harus mengadakan pertemuan secara langsung. Kegiatan ini menjadi acuan untuk mengembangkan sistem aplikasi berbasis web dalam bentuk sistem repositori perangkat pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran yang terdapat dalam sistem repositori perangkat pembelajaran antara lain silabus, RPP, bahan ajar, bank soal, dan ruang diskusi. Dalam pengembangan sistem perangkat lunak pada umumnya, diperlukan tahap requirement analysis untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis requirement agar menghasilkan dokumentasi requirement yang terstruktur. Tahap requirement analysis menggunakan metode Requirement Engineering agar requirement untuk sistem yang dibuat dapat memenuhi keinginan dan ekpektasi stakeholder. Metode Requirement Engineering memiliki tahap-tahap yang berfungsi untuk menemukan, mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, membuat dokumentasi, dan melakukan validasi requirement. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 106 user requirement dan dokumen tertulis yang berisi 13 use case dan 155 system requirement yang telah disetujui oleh stakeholder sistem sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk pengembangan sistem repositori perangkat pembelajaran. Abstrak dalam Bahasa Inggris: Teachers at the MGMP TKI East Jakarta 1 environment need a place to share information and learning media activities without having a meeting in person. These activities are reference to develop a web-based application system in the form of a learning media repository system. The learning media contained in the learning media repository system they are syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, questions bank, and discussion room. The requirements analysis stage of software engineering development is needed in order to develop structured documentation of requirements. The requirements analysis stage uses The Requirement Engineering method in order for the requirements of the system that are made could fulfill the demands and expectations of stakeholders. The Requirement Engineering method has stages that work to discover, collect, identify, create the documentation, and validate the requirements. The results of this research are 106 user requirements and written document containing 13 use case and 155 system requirements that have been approved by the system stakeholders so that they can be used as a reference for the development of a learning media repository system.
