Abstract

Mempelajari dan membelajarkan mata kuliah Keperawatan Medikal Bedah merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan keperawatan sehingga diperoleh lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi memberikan asuhan keperawatan pasien usia dewasa yang mengalami berbagai gangguan pada sistem tubuh. Kurang menariknya proses pembelajaran, minimnya pemanfaatan media belajar dan lambat serta kurang jelasnya umpan balik terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa mengurangi semangat dan ketertarikan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pembelajaran tuntas mata kuliah Keperawatan Medikal Bedah menggunakan mobile learning, menilai kelayakan dan Efektivitas model yang dikembangkan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research & Development (R & D) dengan pendekatan model pengembangan Dick & Carey dikombinasikan dengan model pengembangan Successive Approximation Model (SAM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan model pembelajaran dilakukan melalui tahap persiapan, tahap desain, tahap pengembangan dan evaluasi. Hasil uji kelayakan model berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli desain pembelajaran adalah 91,50% artinya desain pembelajaran pada model dinyatakan sangat layak, hasil validasi ahli media pembelajaran adalah 87,03% artinya media pembelajaran pada model pembelajaran tuntas dinyatakan sangat layak dan hasil validasi ahli materi pembelajaran adalah (87,87%) artinya materi pembelajaran mata kuliah Keperawatan Medikal Bedah dinyatakan sangat layak Efektivitas model ditunjukkan dengan terjadinya peningkatan nilai rata-rata peserta didik dari rata-rata 57,65 (pre tes) menjadi rata-rata 83,17 (post tes) dengan N-gain 0,6 yaitu kategori sedang artinya cukup efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar. Hal ini didukung signifikansi dari hasil uji t dengan nilai p=0,001. Proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik, teratur dan tidak tumpang tindih. Menjadi lebih efektif, efisien dan menyenangkan karena dapat digunakan dimana saja, kapan saja. Bagi mahasiswa, membangun percaya diri, disiplin, motivasi dan rasa tanggung jawab terhadap dirinya (nilainya sendiri), bukan bersaing dengan nilai teman sekelas. Studying and teaching Medical-Surgical Nursing courses is a very important part of nursing education so that graduates who have the competence can provide nursing care to adult patients who experience various disorders in the body's systems. The lack of interest in the learning process, the lack of use of learning media, and the slowness and lack of clear feedback on student learning outcomes reduce the enthusiasm and interest of students in the learning process. The focus of this research is to develop a learning model according to the needs of students. The purpose of this study was to develop a complete learning model for the Medical-Surgical Nursing course using mobile learning, to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed model. The research used the Research & Development (RnD) method with the Dick & Carey development model approach combined with the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) development model. The results showed that the development of the learning model was carried out through the preparation stage, design stage, development, and evaluation stage. The results of the model feasibility test based on the results of the learning design expert validation were 91.50%, meaning that the learning design in the model was declared very feasible, the results of the learning media expert validation were 87.03%, meaning that the learning media in the complete learning model was declared very feasible and the results of the validation of learning material experts is (87.87%) meaning that the learning material for the Medical Surgical Nursing course was declared very feasible. The effectiveness of the model is indicated by an increase in the average score of students from an average of 57.65 (pre-test) to an average of 83.17 (post-test) with an N-gain of 0.6, which is a moderate category meaning it is quite effective in improving learning outcomes. The significance of the results of the t-test with a value of p = 0.001 proves that the developed learning model is effective in improving learning outcomes. The learning process of learning becomes interesting, regular, no longer overlapping. More effective, efficient, and fun because it can be used anywhere, anytime. For students, build self-confidence, discipline, motivation, and a sense of responsibility towards himself (his grades), not competing with classmates' grades.
