Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Implementasi Pelatihan 5S-Kaizen Angkatan VIII di P3D DKI Jakarta, serta untuk mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat Implementasi Pelatihan 5S-Kaizen Angkatan VIII di P3D DKI Jakarta serta strategi dalam mengatasi hambatan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah panitia sebagai fasilitator/penyelenggara, narasumber sebagai pengisi materi, dan peserta pada Pelatihan 5S-Kaizen Angkatan VIII di P3D DKI Jakarta sebanyak 6 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Pelatihan 5S-Kaizen Angkatan VIII di P3D DKI Jakarta sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Kerangka Acuan Kerja (KAK) Pelatihan Peningkatan Produktivitas Satuan Pelaksana Pelatihan P3D DKI Jakarta, mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan pelaporan. Lalu, faktor pendukung dalam Implementasi Pelatihan 5S-Kaizen Angkatan VIII di P3D DKI Jakarta yaitu instruktur, peserta, materi, metode, tujuan, dan lingkungan yang menunjang. Sedangkan, faktor penghambat dalam Implementasi Pelatihan 5S-Kaizen Angkatan VIII di P3D DKI Jakarta yaitu tidak terlaksana praktik langsung di tempat peserta bekerja terkait teori 5S yang telah dipelajari, beberapa peserta masih kurang aktif, terdapat peserta yang kurang optimal dalam mengikuti pelatihan, dan belum adanya evaluasi dalam bentuk angket yang disebarkan oleh panitia kepada para peserta pelatihan. Sehingga dilakukan strategi yaitu menerapkan role play di dalam pelatihan, memberikan studi kasus kepada peserta, membagikan bahan materi pelatihan kepada peserta, dan mengamati pelatihan yang berlangsung dengan baik, mulai dari awal hingga akhir. ***** This research aims to identify and describe the Implementation of 5S-Kaizen Training Batch VIII at P3D DKI Jakarta, as well as to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of 5S-Kaizen Training Batch VIII at P3D DKI Jakarta and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Informants in this research were the committee as facilitators/organizers, instructors as material fillers, and 6 participants in the 5S-Kaizen Training Batch VIII at P3D DKI Jakarta. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the 5S-Kaizen Training Batch VIII at P3D DKI Jakarta had been carried out in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR) for Productivity Improvement Training P3D DKI Jakarta, starting from the preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting stages. Then, the supporting factors in the Implementation of 5S-Kaizen Training Batch VIII at P3D DKI Jakarta are instructors, participants, materials, methods, goals, and a supportive environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the Implementation of the 5S-Kaizen Training Batch VIII at P3D DKI Jakarta were not implementing direct practice at the participants' workplaces related to the 5S theory that had been learned, some participants were still not active, there were participants who were not optimal in participating in the training, and there was no evaluation questionnaire distributed by the committee to the training participants. So the strategy was carried out, namely implementing role play in the training, providing case studies to participants, distributing training materials to participants, and observing the training that was going well, from start to finish.
