Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model latihan servis beregu dalam sepak takraw. Model latihan ini nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi bagi pelatih KOP Universitas Negeri jakarta dalam memberikan program latihan di Klub. Model latihan yang dibuat menyajikan latihan yang inofatif dan variatif dapat dilakukan oleh seluruh atlet. Untuk menciptakan inovasi dalam proses suatu model latihan, metode yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). adapun fungsi dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menciptakan suatu metode model latihan servis beregu sepak takraw yang dapat digunakan oleh pelatih untuk mempermudah dalam proses latihan sepak takraw di Klub. Uji coba yang dilakukan dengan memberikan 15 model latihan yang telah dibuat peneliti untuk dianalisa dengan pengisian angket expert judgment. Didapatkan 15 model latihan yang dianggap layak dan kemudian dilakukan uji kemenarikan dan kemudahan serta layak digunkan untuk proses latihan sepak takraw. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to create a model of team serve training in sepak takraw. This training model can later be used as reference material for KOP coaches of Ngerei University Jakarta in providing training programs at the club. The training model created presents innovative and varied exercises that can be done by all athletes. To create innovations in the process of an exercise model, The method used in this research is the research and development method (Research and Development). The function of this study is to create a Sepak Takraw team service training model method that can be used by coaches to facilitate the process of Sepak Takraw training at clubs. The trial was conducted by providing 15 training models that have been made by researchers to be analyzed by filling out expert judgment questionnaires. 15 training models were obtained that were considered feasible and then tested for attractiveness and convenience and were suitable to be used for the sepak takraw training process.
