Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Pembinaan Peserta Didik di SMA Negeri 3 Bogor. Sub fokus penelitian ini diantaranya adalah perencanaan pembinaan peserta didik, pelaksanaan pembinaan peserta didik, evaluasi pembinaan peserta didik, dan faktor pendukung pembinaan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 3 Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, Guru Bimbingan Konseling, Guru Mata Pelajaran yang merangkap Wali Kelas, dan Ketua OSIS. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Perencanaan pembinaan peserta didik dimulai sejak awal semester dari analisis kebutuhan dan analisa hasil evaluasi pada program pembinaan yang telah dilaksanakan; (2) Pelaksanaan pembinaan peserta didik meliputi pembinaan akademik, pembinaan non akademik melalui kegiatan esktrakurikuler, pembinaan karakter, pembinaan kedisplinan, dan layanan bimbingan konseling; (3) Evaluasi pembinaan peserta didik dilaksanakan setiap akhir semester melalui rapat evaluasi meliputi bidang akademik maupun non akademik serta sikap perilaku dan kedisiplinan peserta didik; (4) Faktor pendukung pembinaan peserta didik meliputi dukungan dari pihak internal dan eksternal untuk memenuhi keterlaksanaan pembinaan peserta didik dengan optimal. ***** This study aims to describe the management of student development at SMA Negeri 3 Bogor. The sub-focuses of this research include student training planning, student training implementation, student training evaluation, and supporting factors for student training at SMA Negeri 3 Bogor. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research informants consisted of the Vice Principal for Student Affairs, Counseling Guidance Teachers, Subject Teachers who also served as homeroom teachers, and the Student Council Chair. Research shows that: (1) planning for student training starts from the beginning of the semester from the needs analysis and analysis of the results of the evaluation of the training programs that have been implemented; (2) Implementation of student training includes academic training, non-academic training through extracurricular activities, character training, discipline training, and guidance and counseling services; (3) Evaluation of student training is carried out at the end of each semester through evaluation meetings covering academic and non-academic fields as well as student behavior and discipline; (4) Factors supporting student training include support from internal and external parties to fulfill the optimal implementation of student training.
