Abstract

Koperasi Perempuan memiliki permasalahan terhadap regenerasi kepengurusan, dimana anggotanya memiliki kesibukan dalam berumah tangga, faktor usia, dan Kesehatan, dan faktor ketidak percayadirian. Pusat Pengembangan Sumberdaya Wanita (PPSW) Jakarta, selaku Pembina dari Koperasi Perempuan, mencari solusi atas permasalahan tersebut dengan mengadakan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan, dengan harapan pelatihan tersebut dapat memacu motivasi anggota koperasi untuk menjabat di dalam suatu ke pengurusan di koperasi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021 dengan di ikuti oleh Lima koperasi wanita yaitu Sahabat Perempuan, Teratai Putih, Harmonis, Prima dan Koperasi Nur Hikmah yang dipercaya sebagai koperasi yang memberikan fasilitas dalam pelatihan tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pelatihan adalah Partisipasi dari para peserta pelatihan, untuk itu partisipasi dijadikan alat ukur untuk menilai keberhasilan dari pelatihan terhadap peningkatan motivasi peserta untuk menjadi kader di koperasinya masing masing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada subjek penelitian. Kuessioner yang dingunakan menggunakan skala Likert dengan jawaban (Sangat Setuju, Setuju, Ragu Ragu, Tidak Setuju, Sangat Tidak Setuju). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 30 peserta pelatihan yang tergabung dalam Lima koperasi yaitu Nurhikmah, Teratai Putih, Sahabat Perempuan, Harmonis, dan Prima. Data yang terkumpul nantinya akan di uji menggunakan Software SPSS 26 dengan beberapa penujuan diantaranya, uji validitas data, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis agresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa nilai thitung variabel Partisipasi Pelatihan (X1) sebesar 7,537, lebih besar dari pada ttabel 2,052 dan nilai sig 0,00 < 0,05, maka secara parsial variabel Partisipasi Pelatihan (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Motivasi Kaderisasi Koperasi. ***** The Women's Cooperative has problems with management regeneration, where its members have busy households, age and health factors, and lack of confidence. The Jakarta Women's Resource Development Center (PPSW), as the coach of the Women's Cooperative, seeks a solution to this problem by holding Leadership Training, with the hope that this training can motivate cooperative members to serve in a management role in the cooperative. The training will be held in 2021 with five women's cooperatives participating, namely Sahabat Wanita, Teratai Putih, Harmonis, Prima and the Nur Hikmah Cooperative which is trusted as a cooperative that provides facilities for the training. One of the factors that influence the success of the training is the participation of the training participants, for this reason participation is used as a measuring tool to assess the success of the training towards increasing the motivation of participants to become cadres in their respective cooperatives. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to research subjects. The questionnaire used uses a Likert scale with answers (Strongly Agree, Agree, Doubt, Disagree, Strongly Disagree). The subjects in this study were 30 trainees who joined Five cooperatives namely Nurhikmah, White Lotus, Sahabat Wanita, Harmonis, and Prima. The collected data will later be tested using SPSS 26 software with several objectives including, data validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear aggression analysis, t test, and f test. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the tcount value of the Training Participation variable (X1) was 7.537, greater than the ttable of 2.052 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, so partially the Training Participation variable (X1) had a significant effect on the variable Cooperative Regeneration Motivation.
