Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 102 Jakarta pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 35 peserta didik kelas XI IPA 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil perkembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi larutan penyangga melalui model pembelajaran RICOSRE. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis melalui wawancara, reflektif jurnal, observer, dan catatan peneliti. Gambaran keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran RICOSRE yang dilakukan selama tiga pekan adalah dapat membantu mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis seperti keterampilan mengidentifikasi masalah, keterampilan memahami konsep, menghubungkan antar konsep dengan baik, keterampilan berasumsi dan menarik kesimpulan. Selain itu, penerapan model pembelajaran RICOSRE mampu melatih sikap kolaboratif dan rasa percaya diri peserta didik. Berdasarkan indikator SCIT 1020 menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik telah memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis pada berbagai aspek, dengan 5 peserta didik mencapai level 4 (excellent), 16 peserta didik mencapai level 3 (Good), 9 peserta didik mencapai level 2 (Satisfactory), 5 peserta didik mencapai level 1 (Margin Pass) dan 0 peserta dididk mencapai level 0 (failed) sehingga penelitian ini dapat mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pembelajaran kimia khususnya pada materi larutan penyangga. ***** This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 102 Jakarta in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year with the research subjects consisting of 35 students of grade XI Science 2. This study aims to determine profile the critical thinking skills of students on buffer solution material through the RICOSRE learning model. The research method used a qualitative method. Research data were collected from interviews, reflective journals, observers, and researcher notes. The description of students' critical thinking skills through the RICOSRE learning model conducted for three weeks can help develop critical thinking skills such as problem identification skills, concept understanding skills, connecting between concepts well, assuming skills and drawing conclusions. In addition, the application of the RICOSRE learning model can train the collaborative attitude and self-confidence of students. Based on the SCIT 1020 indicator, it shows that students already have critical thinking skills in various aspects, with 5 students reaching level 4 (excellent), 16 students reaching level 3 (Good), 9 students reaching level 2 (Satisfactory), 5 students reaching level 1 (Margin Pass), 0 students reaching level 0 (Failed) so that this research can develop students' critical thinking skills in chemistry learning, especially in buffer solution material.
