Abstract
Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendapatkan data secara empiris tentang meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar passing (Chest pass) melalui penerapan modifikasi permainan kelas IV. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian, maka peneliti menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas IV SDN Bojonggede 03. Hasil dari analisis berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif disajikan dalam bentuk diagram batang. Berdasarkan data hasil instrumen kemampuan gerak dasar passing (chest pass) bola basket dan pemantau tindakan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan modifikasi permainan selama dua siklus, dapatlah disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan modifikasi permainan mengalami peningkatan yang sangat baik. Dari siklus I sampai siklus II instrumen pemantau tindakan meningkat sebesar 25% dari 70% menjadi 95%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan dapat ditemukan kesimpulan berikut ini: Pertama gerak dasar passing (chest pass) bola basket meningkat melalui pendekatan modifikasi permainan dari semula atau kondisi awal yaitu sebesar 58% pada akhir siklus I meningkat menjadi 96% pada akhir siklus II. Kedua peserta didik merasa senang, seru dan dapat bergerak bebas dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran melalui modifikasi permainan ***** This studi seeks to obtain empirical data about improving the basic movement skills of passing (chest pass) through the application of class class IV game modifications. Based on the research objectives, the researcher used the Classroom Action Research method which was carried out in class IV students at SDN Bojonggede 03. The results of the analysis in the form of quantitative an qualitative data were presented in the form of bar charts. Based on the data on the results of the basic movement ability instrument of passing (chest pass) basketball and monitoring learning actions by implementing game modifications for two cycles, it can be concluded that learning carried out by implementing game modifications has experienced a very good increase. From cycle I to cycle II the action monitoring instrument increased by 25% from 70% to 95%. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been describe, the following conclusions can be found: first, the basic movement of passing (chest pass) basketball increases through a game modification approach from the original or initial conditions, namely by 58% at the cycle I, increasing to 96% at the end of cycle II. Both students feel happy, exciting and can move freely in participating in learning activities through game modifications
