Abstract

PERAN MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM DALAM PENGEMBANGAN OBJEK WISATA NARA KUPU VILLAGE DEPOK ABSTRAK Objek wisata Nara Kupu Village Depok merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang berada di Citayam, Depok, dengan memiliki konsep sebagai Hidden Gem yang digunakan sebagai tempat agro-eduwisata dengan 3 anak bisnis yaitu Kedai Kebun Nara Kopi, Sayur Kendal, Klinik KJP Nara, serta memiliki daya tarik spesies Rusa sebagai Icon dari objek wisata tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran media sosial Instagram yang digunakan baik pengelola maupun pengunjung objek wisata Nara Kupu Village Depok terhadap pengembangan objek wisata itu sendiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jl. Garuda 4, RT.1/RW.5, Pasir Putih, Kec.Sawangan, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat 16519 pada 28 Juni 2023 sampai dengan 4 Juli 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif Kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia yang ada ada di dalam kepengurusan Nara Kupu Village Depok yaitu pengelola utama, pengelola Kedai Kebun Nara Kopi dan pengelola PIC Tamu. Pengunjung diambil secara Random Sampling dengan 5 sampai 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data dengan pedoman hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat efektifitas media sosial Instagram dari pengelola maupun pengunjung. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat diketahui secara lengkap mengenai kelebihan tentang konsep edukasi agro-eduwisata, sedangkan kekurangannya yaitu mengenai akses transportasi, sumber daya manusia yang kurang, faktor eksternal seperti curah hujan tingkat tinggi serta media sosial yang dikelola oleh pengelola dan Tim Nara Kupu yang masih kurang spesifik. Kata Kunci: Peran, Media Sosial Instagram, Objek Wisata THE ROLE OF INSTAGRAM SOCIAL MEDIA IN TOURISM OBJECT DEVELOPMENT IN NARA KUPU DEPOK VILLAGE ABSTRACT The Nara Kupu Village Depok tourist attraction is one of the tourist attractions in Citayam, Depok, with a Hidden Gem concept that is used as an agro-educational place with 3 business subsidiaries, namely Kedai Kebun Nara Kopi, Sayur Kendal, KJP Nara Clinic, and has the attraction of deer species as the icon of the tourist attraction. This study aims to determine the extent to which the role of social media Instagram, which is used by both managers and visitors of the Nara Kupu Village Depok tourist attraction, has contributed to the development of the tourist attraction itself. This research was conducted at Jl. Garuda 4, RT.1/RW.5, Pasir Putih, Kec.Sawangan, Depok City, West Java 16519 from 28 June 2023 to 4 July 2023. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects in this study were the human resources in the management of Nara Kupu Village Depok, namely the main manager, the manager of the Nara Kopi Botanical Garden and the Guest PIC manager. Visitors were taken by random sampling with 5 to 7 people. Data collection techniques used data triangulation with guidelines on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study aim to see the level of effectiveness of Instagram social media from managers and visitors. In addition, this research can be fully understood regarding the advantages of the concept of agro-edutourism education, while the disadvantages are regarding access to transportation, lack of human resources, external factors such as high levels of rainfall and social media managed by the manager and the Butterfly Team which are still less specific.
