Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan keterikatan kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian menerapkan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode survei dan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampel penelitian 297 guru bersertifikat pendidik pada 28 SMA Negeri. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode teknik sampel bertujuan (purposive sample). Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Software yang digunakan SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa; 1) supervisi akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru; 2) pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru; 3) keterikatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru; 4) supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui keterikatan kerja; 5) supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui pengembagan keprofesian berkelanjutan; 6) pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui keterikatan kerja. Berangkat dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dapat diupayakan dengan cara meningkatkan keterikatan kerja guru melalui supervisi akademik yang humanis dan tindak lanjut refleksi hasil yang melibatkan guru dan kepala sekolah untuk saling mendengar serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan, dan melaksanakan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi bersama anggota profesi dan program berbagi praktik baik (best practice) dalam komunitas profesi. Kata Kunci: Supervisi akademik, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, keterikatan kerja, profesionalisme guru, sekolah menengah atas. *********** ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of academic supervision, continuous professional development, and work engagement on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri in South Jakarta. The research applies quantitative methods. Research data were obtained by survey method and instrument as a questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 297 educator-certified teachers at 28 public high schools. The sample is determined by the method of purposive sampling technique. Research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The software used is SmartPLS4. The results proved that; 1) academic supervision has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism; 2) continuous professional development has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism; 3) work attachment has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism; 4) academic supervision affects teacher professionalism through work attachment; 5) academic supervision affects teacher professionalism through continuous professional development; 6) Continuous professional development affects teacher professionalism through work attachment. Departing from the results of the study, it can be concluded that to development and improve teacher professionalism can be pursued by increasing teacher work engagement through humanist academic supervision and follow-up reflection of results involving teachers and principals to listen to each other and create a pleasant work environment, and carry out continuous professional development through collaboration with professional members and practice sharing programs good (best practice) in the professional community.
