Abstract

Banyaknya pengangguran terdidik sangat mengkhawatirkan bagi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Berwirausaha merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi banyaknya pengangguran tedidik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara efikasi diri dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Eknomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan dan menggunakan rumus slovin untuk menetapkan sampel pada penelitian ini yang berjumlah 160 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang memiliki 5 jawaban dan data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan bootsrapping memiliki nilai P-Values sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Serta nilai t-statistics sebesar 12.183 > 1.65, (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap efikasi diri. Hasl tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan bootsrapping memiliki nilai P-Values sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Serta nilai t-statistics sebesar 6.240 > 1.65, (3) terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan tetapi positif pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan bootsrapping memiliki nilai P-Values sebesar 0.415 > 0.05. Serta nilai t-statistics sebesar 0.215 < 1.65, (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif efikasi diri serta pendidikan kewirausahaan secara simultan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan bootsrapping memiliki nilai P-Values sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Serta nilai t-statistics sebesar 5.886 > 1.65. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif antara variabel Efikasi Diri (X1) terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha (Y) padamahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Serta terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan dan positif antara variabel Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X2) terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha (Y) pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Untuk mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta diharapkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan dapat mempersiapkan diri untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha agar dapat menunjukkan kemampuan diri dalam berwirausaha dengan baik. Entrepreneurship is one way to overcome the large number of educated unemployment in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta using quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique in this study used proportionate random sampling and used the slovin formula to determine the sample in this study which amounted to 160 students. The instrument used in this study used a Likert scale which had 5 answers and the data obtained was processed using SmartPLS software version 4. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant and positive influence of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. This is evidenced by a hypothesis test using bootsrapping having a P-Values value of 0.000 < 0.05. As well as t-statistics values of 12,183 > 1.65, (2) there is a significant and positive influence of entrepreneurship education on self-efficacy. These results are proven by hypothesis testing using bootsrapping to have P-Values of 0.000 < 0.05. As well as t-statistics values of 6,240 > 1.65, (3) there is a not significant but positive influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. This is evidenced by a hypothesis test using bootsrapping having a P-Values value of 0.415 > 0.05. As well as t-statistics values of 0.215 < 1.65, (4) there is a significant and positive influence of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education simultaneously on entrepreneurial intentions. This is evidenced by a hypothesis test using bootsrapping to have a P-Values value of 0.000 < 0.05. As well as t-statistics values of 5,886 > 1.65. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive influence between the variables of Self-Efficacy (X1) on Entrepreneurial Intentions (Y) in students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. And there is an insignificant and positive influence between the variables of Entrepreneurship Education (X2) on Entrepreneurial Intentions (Y) in students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta are expected to increase their knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship courses and be able to prepare themselves to become entrepreneurs to show their ability in entrepreneurship well.
