Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan produk berupa media pembelajaran webtoon berbasis contextual teaching learning untuk pembelajaran PPKn siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Media pembelajaran webtoon dibuat berupa gambar bercerita dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami materi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Kapuk 08 Petang dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas V. metode yang digunakan yaitu R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model pengembangan ini terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evalutation. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran webtoon berbasis contextual teaching learning untuk pembelajaran PPKn siswa kelas V sekolah dasar valid dan sangat layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari perolehan nilai oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa yakni rata-rata skor 90,21% dengan kategori Sangat Valid serta uji hasil penilaian uji coba one to one 91,55%, uji coba small group 96,80%, dan field test 89,19% dengan kategori sangat valid. Dengan demikian dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran webtoon dapat membuat siswa memahami materi secara konkret berkaitan kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga siswa dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. ***** This development research aims to develop and test the feasibility of a product in the form of webtoon learning media based on contextual teaching learning for Civics learning for fifth-grade elementary school students. Webtoon learning media is made in the form of telling pictures of everyday life that can help students understand the material. This research was conducted at SDN Kapuk 08 Petang with the research subjects being grade V students. The method used was R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model. This development model consists of 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that webtoon learning media based on contextual teaching learning for Civics learning for fifth-grade elementary school students is valid and very suitable for use in learning activities. This can be seen from the acquisition of scores by media experts, material experts, and linguists, namely an average score of 90.21% in the Very Valid category as well as one-to-one trial assessment results of 91.55%, small group trials of 96,80%, and 89.19% field test with a very valid category. Thus, from this research, it is proven that the use of webtoon learning media can make students understand material concretely related to everyday life so that students can achieve learning goals in a fun and meaningful way.
