Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil pengembangan modul pembelajaran dasar desain meteri menggambar proporsi tubuh anak. Pada penelitian ini, rancangan modul dinilai dan divalidasi secara internal berdasarkan 2 (dua) aspek penilaian yaitu aspek elemen mutu modul dan karakteristik modul. Penilaian pada aspek elemen mutu modul akan dinilai melalui 6 (enam) indikator, yaitu: format, organisasi, daya tarik, spasi kosong, bentuk dan ukuran, dan konsistensi. Sedangkan, aspek karakteristik modul dinilai berdasarkan 5 (lima) indikator yaitu self instruction, self contained, stand alone, adaptive, dan user friendly. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Adapun beberapa tahapan pengembangannya, antara lain: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan informasi dan studi literatur, desain produk, validasi desain, dan desain teruji. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan modul tanpa diuji coba atau diperbanyak secara massal. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner angket yang diberikan kepada panelis ahli. Hasil penelitian ini, menyatakan bahwa modul secara keseluruhan memperoleh penilaian Sangat Baik (SB) dengan persentase penilaian rata-rata sebesar 87.65% yang berarti modul telah layak digunakan karena telah memenuhi aspek penilaian elemen mutu modul dan karakteristik modul. Penilaian terendah pada aspek elemen mutu modul ditempati oleh indikator spasi kosong dan organisasi dengan presentase sebesar 87,50% dan penilaian tertinggi pada indikator bentuk dan ukuran huruf dengan presentase 95,00%. Sedangkan, penilaian tertinggi pada aspek karakteristik modul ditempati indikator adaptif dan user friendly sebesar 87,50% dan presentase terendah ditempati oleh indikator self contained sebesar 80,00%. This study aims to determine the results of the development of a basic learning module for material design to draw the proportions of a child's body. In this research, the module design was assessed and validated internally based on 2 (two) assessment aspects: quality elements and module characteristics. Assessment of the quality elements of the module will be assessed through 6 indicators: format, organization, attractiveness, white space, shape and size, and consistency. Meanwhile, aspects of module characteristics are assessed based on 5 indicators: self-instruction, self-contained, stand-alone, adaptive, and user friendly. This study uses research and development by Borg and Gall development model. The several stages of its development include: potentials and problems, information gathering and literature study, product design, design validation, and tested design. This research focuses on developing modules without being tested or mass reproduced. Data collection techniques were carried out using research instruments in the form of questionnaires given to expert panelists. The results of this study stated that the module as a whole obtained a Very Good rating with an average rating percentage of 87.65%, which means that the module is feasible to use because it meets the aspects of the assessment of module quality elements and module characteristics. The lowest rating on the aspect of the module quality element is occupied by the blank space and organization indicators with a percentage of 87.50% and the highest rating is on the shape and size of the letters with a percentage of 95.00%. Meanwhile, the highest rating on the aspect of module characteristics is occupied by adaptive and user friendly indicators of 87.50% and the lowest percentage is occupied by the self-contained indicator of 80.00%.
