Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya pengaruh antara efektivitas pemberian beasiswa dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa penerima Kartu Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul(KJMU)di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat dua variabel yaitu efektivitas pemberian beasiswa sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan motivasi berprestasi (variabel terikat). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa penerima KJMU yang beradadi naunganFakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknikrandom samplingdengan minimal sampel yang dapat diambil sebanyak 82 penerima yang diperoleh menggunakan rumusSlovin.Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan Skala Likert.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresiŶ= 31.349 + 0.710 (X).Dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,653 atau sebesar 65,3%.Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil thitung> ttabel (14.900 > 1.658)dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel efektivitas pemberian beasiswa memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 65,3% terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KJMU di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ***** This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the effectiveness of scholarships and the achievement motivation of Kartu Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul (KJMU) awardees at the Faculty of Education, Jakarta State University. In this study, there are two variables, namely the effectiveness of scholarships as the independent variable (X) and achievement motivation (the dependent variable). This study used a quantitative approach with the study population being all KJMU recipient students who were in the office of the Faculty of Education, Jakarta State University. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique with a minimum sample that can be taken as many as 82 receivers obtained using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires with a Likert Scale. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis which produces a regression equation Ŷ = 31,349 + 0,710 (X). And the acquisition of a determination coefficient of 0.653 or 65.3%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the results obtained are tcount > ttable (14,900 > 1,658) and the results of a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be stated that the variable effectiveness of scholarships has a significant influence of 65.3% on achievement motivation in students receiving KJMU scholarships at the Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta.
