Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan suatu gambaran manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang dilihat dari perencanaan, pengadaan, dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan februari, agustus 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Wakil Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana dan Humas, Kepala Sekolah, dan Staf Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana dan Humas.Hasil dari penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa; (1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan meliputi: analisis kebutuhan, menetapkan skala prioritas, membuat program kerja dan sekolah mengadakan rapat kerja (RAKER), dan setelah melakukan RAKER tiap bidang tim manajemen membuat rancangan kegiatan anggaran sekolah (RKAS) yang telah disetujui oleh kepala sekolah dalam proses RAKER, (2) proses pengadaan yang menggunakan dana BOS dan BOP dan dari sekolah sendiri menjalin kerjasama dengan perusahaan dan donasi tidak mengikat, (3) Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan oleh seluruh warga sekolah secara rutin dan berkala. ***** ABSTRACT This research aims to provide an overview of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, focusing on planning, procurement, and maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta. The research was conducted in February and August 2023. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and ocumentary studies. The data sources for this research were the Deputy Head of Facilities and Infrastructure and Public Relations, the School Principal, and the Staff of the Facilities and Infrastructure and Public Relations Department. The results of the research conclude that: (1) Planning for educational facilities and infrastructure includes needs analysis, setting priority scales, creating work programs, and the school conducts a working meeting(RAKER). After the RAKER, each management team in each department creates the school budget activity plan (RKAS) that has been approved by the school principal during the RAKER process. (2) The rocurement process utilizes BOS (Operational Assistance Fund) and BOP (Educational Operational Cost) funds, and the school also collaborates with companies and accepts non-binding donations. (3) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out routinely and periodically by all school members.
